About Us

Inspired by Southern Utah’s pioneering dining roots and hearty fare, Executive Chef Shon Foster showcases a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu that speaks to the history of St. George and heritage of Utah. Small plates and “starters” are paired with signature shareable entrees sourced from local and regional farmers and artisans and responsibly sourced fish and seafood.

”Went for brunch, but dying to go back for dinner! I've heard that's when the magic happens!! The space is so inspiring, every detail feels intentional, down to the sink and wallpaper in the restroom. Funky, hipster style. Very fun! We ordered the famous biscuits, the Croque Madam and the Burger. It was all so yummy!! Dinner is more tapas style and all the dishes they mentioned sound amazing! The staff were so friendly. You can tell they love it there and totally added to the ambiance!
